মাস্ক আসলে দরকার নেই। শুধু আপনার নিজের জ্বর আর কাশি হলে (করোনার প্রথম লক্ষন) মাস্ক পড়বেন। সেটাও অন্যরা যাতে সংক্রামিত না হয় l

কোন সাবান দিয়ে ভালো করে হাত ধুলেই হবে। হাত ধোবেন কমপক্ষে ২০ সেকেন্ড। আর মুখে কোনভাবেই হাত লাগাবেন না। শুধু এ দুটো কাজ করলে করোনা আক্রান্ত হওয়ার ঝুঁকি বহুলাংশে কমে যাবে।

করেনোর প্রাথমিক লক্ষন সর্দিজ্বর বা যে কোন ধরনের ফ্লুর মতো। প্রায় ৭ দিন পর থেকে শুরু হবে শ্বাসকষ্ট। করোনার শ্বাসকষ্ট হলে হাসপাতালের আইসিইউতে যেতে হবে কষ্ট লাঘবের জন্য। করোনার কোন চিকিৎসা নেই। ৯৮ শতাংশ রুগী এমনিতে ভালো হয়ে যান।

করোনা নিয়ে তরুনরা বেশী টেনশন করবেন না।  ইতিমধ্যে শ্বাসকষ্ট ধরনের রোগ না থাকলে ৩০ বছরের নীচেদের করোনা হলে মৃত্যুর হার প্রায় শুন্য শতাংশ। কিন্তু আক্রান্ত হলে ভোগান্তি ও ভীতি বাড়ে এবং অন্যরা সংক্রামিত হতে  পারে। তাই আক্রান্ত হওয়ার ঝুঁকি কোনভাবে নিবেন না।
